Summer break in the sale of electricity connections 12 June–20 July
We kindly ask that requests for quotations for new electricity connections be submitted no later than 12 June 2026. The electricity connection sales service will resume normal operations from 21 July onward.
Use this form to report a fault or disturbance in the electricity network. Select the option that best describes the issue and provide as much detail as possible about what has happened. If the situation is dangerous, do not approach the damaged area—call the emergency number 112 immediately.
Before submitting a fault report, please check the outage map to see if there is already a known power outage in your area.
