From Herrfors Nät-Verkko you will receive invoices for electricity transmission, meaning the transportation of electricity through the grid to your home. Herrfors sends the invoice because it owns the electricity grid in your area of residence. Electricity transmission is always billed by the distribution company that owns the grid in your area.
