Service visit
We offer our customers service visits related to the electricity usage point, which can be easily ordered via an electronic form. During the service visit, we can, for example, carry out sealing, a voltage interruption, or a meter inspection.
All the work mentioned below will be charged according to the current service price list.


Ordering a service visit
You can easily order a service visit using the electronic order form or authorize a contractor to do it on your behalf.
Note! The order must be made at least 5 working days before the desired date. In urgent cases, we ask you to contact us by phone.
Sealing
Sealing ensures the safety of measuring devices and prevents unauthorized changes. It is relevant, for example, after electrical work, meter replacement, or if seals are broken.
Contents:
- Renewal or inspection of seals.
- Visual inspection of the measuring device.
Voltage interruption at the customer’s request
Needed, for example, during electrical installations so that the work can be carried out safely.
Contents:
- Disconnection and/or reconnection of electricity by our technician at an agreed time.
Meter inspection
Can be ordered if you suspect a meter fault, the meter display does not work, or if you want to check the meter’s accuracy.
What the inspection includes:
- Technical functionality check of the meter.
- If necessary, replacement of the meter or sending the meter for testing.
- A report is prepared for the inspection.
Note! If the meter is found to be functional, we charge an inspection fee according to the price list. If the meter is faulty, the inspection is free of charge.tt fel i mätaren är kontrollen kostnadsfri.on.
Remember
- There must be unobstructed access to the measuring device for the service visit.
- The customer or the electrical contractor must be present if necessary.
