Due to strong winds, trees have fallen onto power lines, causing power outages in several of our electricity distribution areas. As the wind continues to be very strong, it is possible that additional areas may experience intermittent power outages. Our personnel are currently working to repair the faults and restore electricity supply. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available about how the situation develops.

Submitting work orders electronically

All work orders related to electricity network connections and modification work must be submitted electronically through Herrfors Nät-Verkko’s service channel.

Note! The contractor needs the customer’s electronic authorization before submitting a work order.
Without a valid authorization, the order cannot be processed.

Electronic processing speeds up handling and ensures that the information reaches the right parties.
