Whistleblowing Channel for Suspected Misconduct
The Herrfors Group operates a whistleblowing channel that allows customers, business partners, employees, and any other party to report concerns or observations of potential breaches of the Herrfors Group’s Code of Conduct, applicable laws, or regulations. The channel is confidential and allows fully anonymous reporting.

How to Submit a Report
Once in the whistleblowing channel, you may choose to submit your report either anonymously or with your name. Please include the following relevant details:
- The exact time or date of the incident (as accurately as possible)
- Whether the suspected misconduct is a one-time occurrence or recurring
- The individuals or entities involved
- Whether there were any witnesses to the event

All reports submitted via the channel are treated confidentially and the reporting system is technically encrypted. If you choose to report anonymously, your identity will remain protected throughout the entire process.
