Fault repair – quick actions in disturbance situations

Power outages can be caused by many factors: weather conditions, technical faults, or external damage. We respond to faults quickly and efficiently – aiming to restore power to customers as soon as possible.

This is how we act in fault situations:

Automatic fault monitoring

Detection of network faults often occurs automatically using network measuring equipment and remotely controlled switching devices. This speeds up fault location and minimises the outage area.

Fault site inspection

Our maintenance teams will, if necessary, quickly go on-site to check the network and repair the fault. We operate throughout the network area and are trained for a wide range of conditions.

Repair actions

Smaller faults are often repaired on the same day. In the case of more extensive damage, such as during storms, we deploy multiple work teams and prioritise repairs based on the number of affected customers and the criticality of the site.

Customer communication

We provide up-to-date information about faults and repair progress via our website, app, and, if necessary, text messages.

What can you do yourself?

  • Check the up-to-date fault map on our website.
  • Report your observations to our customer service if you suspect a fault.
  • Follow safety instructions – do not go near fallen electricity poles or damaged wires.

Fast and reliable action in electricity network fault situations

We are ready to respond quickly to electricity network disturbances around the clock throughout our operating area. Our control centre constantly monitors the network’s status – 24/7 – ensuring rapid fault detection and initiation of repair measures.

We invest in smart automation, leverage strong local knowledge, and use up-to-date fault communication (fault notification service) to minimise the impact of disturbances on our customers’ daily lives. Our goal is to restore electricity distribution to normal as quickly and reliably as possible – in every situation.
