Due to strong winds, trees have fallen onto power lines, causing power outages in several of our electricity distribution areas. As the wind continues to be very strong, it is possible that additional areas may experience intermittent power outages. Our personnel are currently working to repair the faults and restore electricity supply. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available about how the situation develops.

New usage site and meter order

Are you moving into a new home or opening a commercial space? Make sure there is a functioning energy meter at the usage site before moving in – this ensures that electricity will be available on time and consumption monitoring starts right away. 


How do you order a meter?


  1. Fill in the electronic order form


    You can easily order the meter online. Go to our e-service and complete the form with the following information:
    – Address of the usage site
    – Contact information
    – Information about the electrician, if applicable (if the order is not made by the customer)


  2. Make the necessary contracts


    Meter installation requires:
    – A valid electricity sales contract with your chosen electricity supplier
    – A valid network service contract with us

  3. We will agree on the installation time


    We will contact you once we have received the form and the contracts are in place. We will arrange a suitable time for the installation. 


  4. Energy meter installationin asennus


    Our skilled technician will install the meter at your usage site at the agreed time. After that, electricity delivery can begin.
