Change of address
Are you moving to a new address? In that case, there are two things you need to do:
1. Notify us of your new address as soon as possible through our Notification of Relocation form.
2. You can sign an affordable electricity contract with us after you’ve submitted your Notification of Relocation. If you submit your notification one business day in advance (during office hours 10:00 – 15:00) we will connect your electricity free of charge within the following business day (Monday - Friday). If you need your electricity turned on sooner than that, we charge an additional fee of 80€.
